Housing Options

Check-in for 2024 University housing will be Sunday, June 2, from 2:00-4:00 PM. The last day of classes will be Friday, July 12. Final checkout for those staying through the Commencement Celebration (JULY 13) will be Sunday, July 14, by 9:00 a.m.  

Residence Hall

The townhouse-style residence halls are located on Georgia Avenue and Mississippi Avenue. There are four connected townhouses, with multiple floors, a common kitchen and living space, and shared bathrooms on each floor. Each room is assigned as a single. Students with accommodations needs may make requests through SAS

University House

University houses are located on central campus. They are reserved for students with families who will be on campus. While each house is unique in design and layout, all houses will have a common kitchen and living space. Descriptions of individual houses will be provided upon assignment. Students with accommodations needs may make requests through SAS

Individual Housing

Students who do not wish to live in University housing may arrange for their own housing or commute to campus.

Housing Accommodations

All requests for housing accommodations should be directed to Student Accessibility Services. Accommodations must be received well in advance of assignments being made.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside University buildings. Service animals and approved emotional support animals should follow the expectations communicated to students by Student Accessibility Services.

Residential Life Policies

Before moving into University housing, be sure to familiarize yourself with policies set by the Office of Residential Life.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in or near any University buildings.
